How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?
Treats are single batch handcrafted at the time your order is processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for handcrafting of your order plus USPS priority mail shipping time, which is usually 2 to 3 days. Please note in the hot summer months of June to September, product will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only to ensure that you will receive your order during the week and the package will not be sitting at a USPS facility during the weekend. Shipping is a flat fee of $ 10.00 for each order for one address. Shipping is free for orders of $75.00 and over to a single address.
Can I include a personalized message with my order or gift box?
Definitely! Let the recipient know the sweet surprise is from you and that you are thinking of them! Write your message in the pop up box prior to adding the item to your cart or in the NOTES section of your cart at checkout.
What is the shelf life of my crispie treats?
Please store treats in a cool, dry place. Crispie treats are best enjoyed within 10 days of receipt. The exact "enjoy or freeze by date" is indicated on the package. Extras may be wrapped in freezer bags and frozen for up to one month then thawed out to room temperature. to enjoy.
Delivery may be available in the Portland, Oregon area for events and large orders. Minimum order size is 2 dozen and a delivery fee may apply. Contact us for more information or with your event details under the CUSTOM/EVENT tab.
Can I pick up my order if I'm in the Portland, Oregon area?
Yes! Order pick up is at Zuckercreme, 414 SE 81st Avenue, Portland,, Oregon 97215. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready for pick up. Please contact Zuckercreme at 503-877-5226 or check their website (zuckercreme.com) for their current business hours prior to arriving at the store to pick up.
Are the crispie treats and cookies gluten free or dairy free?
Our facility is not gluten free or dairy free and crispie treats are handcrafted on shared equipment. Some flavors may be handcrafted to be gluten friendly and or dairy friendly depending on the ingredients. Please use the contact form for your requests and we will get in touch with you.
Do you deliver?
